Secure Packaging
Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewelry passes quality checks it is packed in plastic zip lock/pouches or butter paper and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery. The packaged products come in Girbana’s Exclusive Jewelry Box.

Trusted Shipping
After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners like FedEx, Xpressbees Blue-dart, Delhivery, Gati and Ekart Logistics to ensure we deliver you your jewelry securely on-time.

International orders are shipped through the most trusted FedEx, UPS, Aramex or DHL. 

 

For any issues faced or assistance required with the delivery of your order, kindly contact our customer support.

Please note: In case you suspect that the package may have tampered before the delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery (Within India Only).

Happy Unboxing
Once your order has been shipped we will e-mail you with the tracking details of your order. Our aim is to deliver you your products safely at the earliest possible to provide you with a happy unboxing experience, and we appreciate your patience and trust with us regarding the same. 

It usually takes 1-5 days for the domestic orders to get delivered and 5-10 working days for international orders. The time and date of delivery might vary depending on the location.

Standard Shipping Charges At Girbana
We charge Rs. 50/- for all the domestic orders purchased below Rs. 1000/- and a fixed amount of Rs. 2000/- for all international orders as Shipping Charge. For all the Cash-On-Delivery Orders there will be a cash collection charge of Rs. 100/-

 

Kindly note that Cash On Delivery Option is Unavailable for International Orders.

 

Important Note: Additional charges like Import Duty, Customs Duty, Local GST or any other local taxes if any, specific to a country are to be borne by the customer.
